He was out ogf the country and when he got back, we had planned on doing month to month, but said we had to stay the full 6 moinths because I already signed it. A lease is a legal binding contract. You signed it and are responsible for the terms of the lease. You might try negotiating with your landlord when you decide to move. For instance, you can help find a replacement tenant or offer two months rent as a buy out.
