First posting on this site so hi to you all !

I don't know if anyone can assist - I'm looking to purchase properties in Australia for investment only whilst remaining a non Australian citizen.

My question is does anyone know if I can do this legally, freely and without too much beauracracy or will the FIRB tell me that I cannot ?

Any advice or pointers will be very gratefully received !!
