I have tendered my resignation. My last day will be Friday, February 9, 2007.
I want a copy of my personnel records. What am I entitled to receive and how do I word the letter so I will be getting all the records, including all notes, if I am entitled to a copy by Law?

MA law does allow you to view your file and, after viewing, if you want a copy you are entitled to one.

My suggestion would be to speak to HR or send them a note, PRIOR to your last day, asking for an appointment to see your file. Then, if you still want a copy you can make the arrangements at that time.
