I quit my job on jan 8, During my quiting i broke a computer screen. I was to be paid on jan 12. When i talked to the boss he said he was waiting for the ins company.I stopped in last night and seen they have a new screen.Is it legal for him to keep my check to pay for the screen? And can he just keep the check which i think he is trying..
