 I have been married to my wife going on 10 years. Living together, doing the family thing.
One thing that is disturbing is that I am still paying support to her and she refuses to sign off! Yes the money stays in the household but that is not the point. I have the state looking over me every move I make and recently have been ordered to do a job search. I have a good union job and am awaiting to get called back. I am laid off presently and have over $10.000 of arrears due.
This to me is nor right. I need to know what I can do to change this if my wife is refusing to sign off on support. The Judge even shook his head stating how messed up this case is. What can I do? HELP!!!!

File for a modification of the CS. It doesn't matter that your wife refuses to "sign off" on the order, once a Judge hears and sees the proof that you are married, living together and have for many years, the Judge can easily stop the CS order. Even if the Judge only abates the order, it is better than what you have now.
