Can I sue my attorney for not going to the judge as I requested and telling the judge about a plot my ex had for me. Which resulted in the police breaking in and damaging lots of stuff in my home. It has also cost additional attorney fees as well. Charges were dropped after they heard proof but nothing happened to attorney of ex.

Before any evidence can be presented in court it must be documented.
Have you filed charges against the police for their actions? Have you then WON in court against them? Have you gotten proof that they acted on information falsely given by a specific individual? Have you filed charges against the person responsible for sending the police to your home erroniously? IF not all your claims are simply steam, you must act on your rights and prove the harrasment and any ilegal activities.

Choosing a right lawyer is a critical and key decision you will have to make if you want to emerge from a problems with the best outcome possible. Keep in mind that “best outcome possible” is a highly relative term.
