I had a much longer explanation written and decided to keep it short, so here goes. I work for a medium sized company in Ohio. We have had a vacation policy change Jan 1 so we then looked at the new policy and found that this is the 3rd such policy since we have worked there. We as older employees were not informed of the policy change in 1997 that changed from earning vacation the year before, to having to accrue it the year that you use it. This is the first older employees have hear of the accruel process. I understand that Ohio has no laws regarding Vacation, but they surely have laws regarding policy changes and being notified don't they? Thanks
