I'm a 22 year old Male and I have information about my "team lead" who is over about 15 people and has been advised to keep a record of me and 2 other 22yr old men. Everyone else in our "team" are 30-65yr old women. I have evidence that only a record of us 3 guys is being kept (time in and out, what we do all day, when we goto the bathroom, etc..). Also I have information that they have more than once talk bad about us to other employees that hurts our reputation and the chance for future advancement.

We're planning on going to HR about this for discrimination agianst young males. Is there anything I need to know.. I really need help on this issue. I want to present this in a professional manner and not over-react.

Yes - you need to know that under both Federal and Oklahoma law, you need to be OVER 40 to have a valid age discrimination claim.
