I work for a partially granted govmt agency in which we were informed that none of us would be receiving raises this year, this is due to someone's financial mismanagement 2 yrs ago and our company is trying to get back on there feet apparently. We ARE partially financed through the government and some of us are a little confused as to why we arent even going to get a federal cost of living raise.Dont all federal employees get this yearly? We did get this last year, but this year they say we get nothing.Does this sound possible??

Dont all federal employees get this yearly? Not that I know of. I'm also not at all certain that you are a federal employee. Agencies funded with government dollars are not automatically government employees.
