If someone is receving unemployment compensation benefits and is subsequently engaged as an independent contractor consultant, when does the person stop receiving UC payments?

If someone is receving unemployment compensation benefits and is a member of a Limited Liability Company, but that LLC has no income, can that person still receive UC benefits after having been separated from an employment situation?

Thank you.

Let's be more clear ... this is a former employee of your organization that is receiving unemployment benefits charged to your account in PA, correct?

Now, you have it on good authority that this individual is working at another organization, although it is unclear that he/she is receiving remuneration for his/her work, correct?

per the first part of your reply - yes

per the second part - the person has started their own business - consulting, I believe. Don't know if the person is receiving any revenue from that business as of yet. Does UC cease when someone starts their own business, or when they actually beging receiving income from that business?
