how far apart are you? that could make a difference.

I would start out with maybe a two hour spand, but it all depends has he always been in this childs life? Or would he appear to be a stranger to her due to lack of visitation? It is kinda a toss up what ever makes you feel comfortable to start out with... Then gradually build the time up.
