Just curious if anyone can answer a few questions about termination.
I was released today from my job as salesman.
Reasoning because they are no longer interested in servicing my area as a retail sale to my customer base, instead our area manager and new area manager of new company in exact same business are friends from years ago, they share prices with each all the time, now my former company has decided they had rather sell to them in a wholesale market where they can sell to my former retail customers. Do I have any chance of suing over this?

Anyone can sue for anything. But, and this is what I think you want to know, you have no chance of WINNING a suit over this.

If they'd rather sell to him wholesale, that's their right.
