I SURGERY ON MY WRIST IWAS OUT OF WORK ON MY SICK LEAVE TIME WHEN I WENT BACK TO WORK I WAS PUT ON LIGHT DUTY UNTIL MY DOCTOR RELEASED ME MY EMPLOER PUT ME ON FMLA WHILE I WAS AT WORK ON LIGHT DUTY CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THAT IS RIGHT?:confused:

Based on the very scanty details in your post, I don't see any legal violations.

Yes the time you were on light duty would count as FMLA assuming you otherwise qualified for it.
