im not sure where to place this problem but maybe someone can figure it out for me.

ive had nothing but problems with my asst. gm and my gm of the hotel i work for. well i went to the regional manager like the booklet says to do but she told me she would take care of it. well come to find out she and my manager are having an affiar, both being married. so nothing was ever handled, and the problem in the workplace persisted. when i informed corpaorate about it ,they pretty much blew me off. well now i have written proof about the whole afair. in the mean time i was so stressed at one tie i actually got shingles. i like my job just not the unprofessional managing. what should i do?

Unfortunately, poor management is not illegal. The same is true of a company willing to let an affair between two employees go without attention. In fact, the company could get into trouble by interfering too much...privacy issues and all.

The company does need to ensure that it is not at risk for claims of sexual harassment by one of the two employees in the affair. It does that by letting both know that either party can come to the company should the relationship deteriorates to the point where the relationship is no longer mutual. But, this doesn't give the employees working for the two any legal stance.

If, on the other hand, a person is not given preferential treatment because he/she did not enter into an affair with the manager, that is illegal. This doesn't sound like the case.
