HI i was wondering if any1 could help with my problem. I worked about 60 hours from the 2nd to the 9th and still havent been paid. Now it will be the 2nd of january at the earliest. Is there anything i can do? I know a few years ago their was alaw stating that hours worked between the first and 15th of the month had to be paid by the 30th is this still true?

Off the top of my head I don't know, but I do know that there is no state where an employer can hold a check for a full month. Contact your state DOL for assistance.

Michigan Semi-monthly; monthly ok if wages paid by 1st of next month Wages earned from 1st-15thpay by 1st of next month; 16th-end of month pay by 15th of next month; 14 days after pay period for weekly or bi-weekly paydays

Just for curiosity's sake, have you asked your employer where your pay is for that period?
