At my workplace the labor law posters are outdated (the ones for 2007 are not yet up). I'm quite sure this is a violation of the law. Is there any way to report this?

You can contact the state Labor Commissioner.

Although I'm not certain that failure to have the 2007 posters up while it's still 2006 is a violation.

Assuming there are new 2007 posters to begin with. Not all posters are renewed every year.
