Learned that my spouse and his girlfriend were recently married out of state although both know that our divorce is not final. What are the steps I need to take to protect my rights until the divorce is final e.g. legal notices, court filings, etc.? Also, given my spouse in an attorney and knows the law, is this grounds for filing a complaint with the State Bar? Does anyone know how Michigan and Nevada courts deal with this type of intentional illegal act?
