what is wrongful termination really. i was terminated for being written up twice but cant see how theres any proof to terminate me plus keep me suspended for 5 days before firing me

A wrongful termination exists when a specific law prohibits the employer from terming you for the reason they did.

No law requires that an employer have proof of wrongdoing before an employee can be terminated; nor does any law exist which mandates any number of writeups before termination.

Therefore, based on what you have posted, you were NOT wrongfully terminated.
