Hi i was suspended for false accusations against me from another employee on 12/22 i was told on 12/26 i was being let go are they suppossed to pay me for my suspension or am i just losing that money.

Also i was on call and when i was called in i was due to be paid 4 hrs min but every time i was called in they made me leave early the next day to sty at 40 hrs what can i do

You can file for unemployment and look for other work.

If you were a non-exempt employee they have no legal obligation to pay you for the suspension. It is also legal to send you home early or schedule your hours so that your hours do not go above 40.

Nothing in either of your posts indicates that any laws have been violated.
