I was in a lease from sept 15 05 till oct 1st of 06 , we then were month to month for two months , the lease stated we had give 60 days noitice to vacate, does that still apply if we were month to month ?

read the lease make sure you are in a month to month instead of another year lease, in a month to month at least 30 days notice has to be given
