Pattymd 12-20-2006, 02:17 AM Generally speaking, yes. Want to give us a few details? confusedbycommision 12-20-2006, 07:21 AM Well I am paid on delivered sales and as a new employee, who didn't receive a draw check, I started after the 1st day of the month I wanted to see if I would receive at least minmum wage on my first check. Pattymd 12-21-2006, 03:46 AM Yes, you must be paid at least minimum wage for all hours worked. Will you be getting a "draw" in the future? BTW, "draws" are not common for nonexempt salespersons primarily because of the minimum wage requirement; they are common for outside salespersons, however. |
