A quick question – I work for the State of California and I believe that I am being discriminated against because of my gender. The other employee has less experience and success but is promoted before I am. When I complained the work environment only got worse - cut out of assignments and so on.
As a state employee, are there any special hoops I have to jump through or can I just file with Fair Housing and Employment or the EEOC? Also, is there any advantage of filing with EEOC over Fair Housing and Employment?
Thanks.
