I work for a company, that we work alot of overtime. We are not aloud to have any breaks. We do get a 30 min lunch. But there are times we work anywhere for 12 to 16 hours with only a 30 min lunch. Can this company do this?

Straight from the state website
Question:
Do employers need to give employees lunch and restroom breaks?
Answer:
No, under Ohio law the employer is not required to give lunch or restroom breaks. However, if the employee is under 18 years of age, an employer is required to give the employee a half hour break for every 5 hours worked.

Additionally, depending on the type of facility you work in, OSHA may require employers to provide more frequent breaks, correct? I may be wrong, but I'm under the impression that OSHA requires a 10-15 minute break for every 2.5 hours worked.
Then again, I could be wrong, It happened once before. :p
I suppose there may be some very industry specific situations where OSHA requires breaks, but that is NOT the law for general employment and I am not aware of any situations where OSHA has made such a determination.
Breaks are not normally under OSHA's jurisdiction.
