Was looking to get a question answered. I was laid off in sept and been collecting ever since. My old company may offer me a 3rd shift position which i was working 1st. Since then my wife went back to school at night and works during the day. So at night i take care of our daughter. If i turn this position down may i lose my benefits ?

Yes, turning down work is a valid reason to terminate benefits in many if not most situations.
