Is an employer required to pay you the holiday time that you saved up prior to termination? My employer was aware that I'd been saving up two weeks worth for a vacaction that is only 3 weeks away when they fired me.

Arkansas law requires that accrued vacation be paid at termination if the company policy provides for it; it is not unconditionally guaranteed.
