One for me - Employment - Age Discrimination

One for Mom- Medical Malpractice - Loss of Voice Box and Voice due to doctor not diagnosing tumor that was visible to naked eye according to second opinion. Caught sooner the tumor would not have wrapped around voice box causing her to lose it and voice.

Need to know statute of limitations for each.

By the way, age discrimination only counts if you are above 40.
