I sent in my 401k withdrawal request to my previous employer. It's been several weeks, and my 401k has still not been disbursed. Does anyone know what is the legal timeline for them to process my request, per ERISA or any other tax or labor laws?

Do you have a copy of the Summary Plan Description? It should include when distributions are made to terminated employees. Or just call the employer or the TPA and ask.
