My employeer rents a work space from another company. We share a bathroom. My problem is that I feel that I should not have to work if the other business is closed and we can not get to the bathroom. Is there a law requiring bathroom facitities to be accessable to workers?

Asolutely, and this makes for good "bathroom reading" (I just couldn't resist the quip) http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table=INTERPRETATIONS&p_id=22932&p_text_version=FALSE

OSHA requires that an employee be allowed reasonable access to restroom facilities.

Just out of curiosity, what do you and your co-workers DO when the on-site restroom is closed. Head to the nearest filling station?
