I am 5 1/2 months now. In the past 8 months I was given a promotion and a rasie. Along with at least 2 emails from upper management about what a great job I was doing in my new postition. My job was going great. Our delivary rating was going up and things were improving in the dept they put me in. about 2 months go by and I need to have an operation and had to be out for 11 days due to the baby. After that time the doc released me to work part time. Other people had worked part time so I didnt see a problem. upper management gave my supervisor hell for letting me come back and they sent me home 4 days later. I waited at home with no pay till I could go back full time . I was back for 5 days busting my butt to get stuff done and they told me they had to let me go. I wasnt preforming my dusties and I was out to offten.. This is all untrue and I think it can be proven. They have locked me out of my email so I can not print the praise I have gotten. I did take a folder home that shows work I have done and they are a company that keeps track of preformance. I think with the right help I could prove this all to false and I think I was let go because of the baby. Can anyone help?
