I read your post and it took me a while since you didn't have sentence structure making it difficult to read. You don't have any recourse, unless you had a bona fide contract you were an at-will employee and can terminated for anything not prohibited by law. Your post doesn't remotely suiggest that anything illegal transpired. It might have been unfair, but being unfair isn't illegal.

Actually, you are one of hundreds who wrote about your manager being unfair to you.
