I'm in the state of Michigan, I herd some laws have changed as of Jan 2006. Does any of them apply to my situation?
1. Dad owe's $$$$$ for support
2. Dad has a warrent for arrest for non-payment
3. He missed two court dates for the non-payment
4. Dad will not do anything about any of it
5. He had court order visitation, but nana is the one who cared for his child during his visits he was suppose to have with his father.
6.The family has not seen the child sience Oct2004
7.Mom will not allow us to see him
8.Last but not least is there anything nana can do to see her grandchild?
or do we just wait untill he is old enough to contact us?
9. They were never married.
10. Bio mom just had a new baby and will be getting married soon.

Can anybody help me at all? I have asked a similar question in the past but some laws have changed as the first of this year.... Anybody....
