Custody, But When John Asked His Mother About It, She Said, She Can Just Have You. Now, What I Need To Know Is How, When, Where, And How Do I Got About Doing This. Talk to legal aid. Since he is a minor, you could be in trouble if his mother decides that she is mad at you.

You may also wish to contact child protective services. They can help to set up some form of temp. gaurdianship with you as the foster parent. I would also help you to financially take care of the child and to insure that he stays in school and is taken care of.
