My ex husband abandoned our family and married before the divorce was final in 1995. We were divorced in Florida and I think he may be living in Arkansas now.
We have not see or heard from him since1995 .I have a court order for child support that was never paid. How and where can I file to collect this past due child support?
I have sent all three children to college on my own and paid 100% of all expenses.No one has been able to find him.
I have never remarried and currently live in Texas ..What should I do to collect the 60,000+ he owes this family?

Can I still collect past due if the kids are over 18?
Can the goverment collect thru his social security when he retires?
I need to also know what state I should pursue this in.

Did you try to have the CS order enforced at any time since 1995?
If not, what is the reason that you didn't?

Do you know where he is now, or at least do you know who his employer is?
