recently my work (a shopping mall) descovered asbestos in the glue that holds the hard wood floor, they have ripped all the flooring out and said they had a test done for the asbestoes. when i asked to see the report they refused to show me the test result and just verbally informed me that it is safe. also there is no signs advising anyone that there is cancer causing agents on the property as well as not informin anyone that asbestoes is on the property. furthermore my work has had sewage issues and the pipes break realsing sewage, our boss insists we clean it or stand in the area to monitor the sewage but he does so without giving us proper biohazard protection, ie. latex gloves, coveralls, masks, etc....also some of us guys have ruined our boots due to being made to walk through it.

Is my boss required to give us biohazard protection?
Is my boss required to purchase new boots and socks?
Is my boss required to show us the test results for the asbestos as well as have material saftey data sheets in accesable location?
