Can your employer force you to get on intermident FMLA?

If you have a condition that qualifies for intermittant FMLA and your employer knows it, they not only can but MUST apply it whether you want them to or not. Neither you nor the employer gets to choose whether to use it or not; if it applies, and your employer knows it applies, they are required by law to apply it.
