Does your doctor have to approve you for 12 weeks of bonding with your child? Or does the state of TX provide this to mothers bonding with their child.. Thanks Jennifer

Bonding time does not have to be approved by the doctor. The state of Texas does not provide it, but Federal law does.

This assumes that you qualify for FMLA.
