my sons came back from there visit with there dad last nite my 13 yr old asked me if there is anything i can do to stop his visits on wednesday and everyother weekend ,,he said he will go with him for like a few hours on a saturday,,,then he said i would rather not go at all anymore then my other sons said the same thing..they dont like going there anymore at all .

then they told me they are moving in a elderly women that has a mind of a 3 yr old ..

now this is 7 kids two adults and now the elderly women in a 2 bedroom...


my sons arent happy when they go or when they come home ....
this is killing me ,


i want to know can i do something

oh and on sunday when my 13 yr old went back over his dad to try to sit and watch a football game with him ,,his dad got drunk the gf was bringing him home falling asleep at the wheel...


i am so tired of all the bs and when i talk to my lawyer all she says is write it down

Children do not get to decide when they visit which parent. They do not get to decide when they can stop visiting which parent. The parent that doesn't send the children to the other parent for their court approved visitation can and will be held in contempt of court.

If there is a problem, take him back to court and get visitation modified. Until then, they are with their dad when the court says they are with their dad.
