Marketeer 11-01-2006, 08:58 AM There is no law that requires employers to provide raises or conduct evaluations. cbg 11-01-2006, 11:02 AM You do whatever your employer tells you to do. There does not have to be a written policy before an employer can do something. jessica1985 11-05-2006, 08:03 AM It's not the fact of doing what she tells me its the fact that nobody in my work has had an evaluation befor a raise until it came to me. with that said i feel i am being discriminated because i know my boss doesn't like me and so even an evaluation wont do me good. I think she just putting the raise off and i have done her book work to keep her out of trouble and thats not even good enough for her there are people at my work who have been there a week longer than i have and are making way more than i am. ScottB 11-05-2006, 09:00 AM Your boss does not like you. That is not illegal discrimination unless she does not like you because of some protected class, such as sex, race, ethnicity, etc. |
