My husband is paying child support for a son who is 19, who has not been in any type of school for 11 months, who works full time, and who moved out of his mother's house and into his own apartment 2 months ago. The divorce decree does not state when child support ends, but given the current conditions it seems ridiculous that he is still paying. 100% of the money is going to his ex-wife....none to the son. What's the best route to get child support dropped? Any advice?

He should file a motion to end CS. I "think" (not real sure tho) that CS normally ends at 21 in IN. but if the child is not in school, self supporting and lives on his own, I believe that it's possible to end CS.
Hopefully someone who's more familiar with IN laws can respond and clarify for you.
