Hi, First of all i'd like to thank everyone who has any kind of imput on this problem. Right now theres 10 people that work here pulling their hair out because we are being pushed so far.

First of all I work in sales when i started with the company i was a draw sales person $10hour + commision. About 6months to a year ago about half the company was pushed into going Full Commision. (what i mean by this is no hourly rate, no overtime, anything we only earn what we sell.) Now this is where the problems comes in, We have to work atlest 40hours a week and also sign up every monday with what they call a "call night sheet" where 2-3 days out of the work week which is already 5days+ we have to stay and call an extra two, too two and half hours a night. (yet again with no pay, also on top of the already 40+ hours were working in any given week, these days are mandatory if were not there, we could lose our jobs.) Theres been alot of weeks where alot of us have worked 60-70hours without making a dime NOTHING!!!. Also at the end of the month if sales are down we have to work every day until the end of the month yet again MANDATORY!!! Also we have No Paid Vactions, No paid sick Time, and no paid personal days, Nothing at all.

Are sales for this location are 3-4million dollars a year and over a million profit yearly.

If you are doing inside sales, you must average at least minimum wage for all hours worked in a workweek. However, overtime pay need not be paid in a given workweek (each workweek stands alone) if the following is met:

And sorry, but there is no law requiring you received paid vacations, sick leave, or holidays.

So we should be atlest getting a base pay per hours worked?

No, that's not required (although it's common). You CAN be paid 100% commission, but your weekly commissions must AVERAGE at least minimum wage for all hours worked.
