My husband works for a small company in Ohio. (50 employees or so) He is a non-exempt worker. He only receives a paycheck once a month. They turn in timesheets on the 1st of the month for all hours worked in the previous month and usually gets his direct deposit in 3 to 5 business days. Does this break any labor law?
