I have an odd question. A coworker at my job has a conditional green card based on marriage. His wife "broke up" with him some time ago but they never filed for divorce.
He asked me if I knew what will happen when he files for removal of condition. He also told me that the whole shabang is somewhat complicated... He has a new girlfriend and she is now expecting his child. Should he tell the USCIS about his situation or should he keep quiet? He will be divorced when the child is born btw. Will he end up in trouble or is he worrying about nothing?
Since I had no clue whatsoever I told him that I will try to find answers so...here I am...
Does anyone know what he should do?

Does no look good If he is still married and have baby with other, he needs to talk to Immigrant lawyer right away, it is serious problem.
