First off Hi, I have been with a company for 10 years in witch time i have gotten a total of 2 maybe 3 soon reviews is this leagal and if not what can i do?
The handbook that i had when i started stated and i was told by the Manager that i would get a review every year. Now i understand they dont have to give you a raise but come on i have been waiting for 4 months for the 3rd review they have promised. What can i do anyone help i am tired of this. :(

From a legal standpoint, you can do nothing. This is company policy and companies can change, amend or, sometimes, ignore their own policies.

No law requires you be reviewed.

No law requires you to get a raise.

Employee handbooks and policy manuals are not laws. Unless failure to follow the policy results in a violation of a law, companies are free to not comply with their own policies.

Why would you work somewhere, though, when you haven't had a raise in 10 years?
