He wouldn't let me even call my father to defend me! can my principal really call the sherrif cuz i wudn't unzip my jacket? I can't think of one good reason that you would refuse to unzip your jacket unless you were trying to conceal something that you should not have had (gun, knife, drugs, etc.) Frankly, your refusal to do something so simple and reasonable would give me enough suspicion to call the cops. If he thought you had an illegal substance or a contraband item, he had every right to call the police without giving a call to your father to cover your butt. It's not a crime, but there may have been other things that were going on. It might also interest you to know that Disrupting a Public School (http://www.legis.ga.gov/legis/GaCode/?title=20&chapter=2§ion=1181)is a misdemeanor of a high and aggravted nature, which could result in 60 days at a short term program (boot camp). Please reply quick!:confused: :confused: yes he can. you might be the best child in the world but when i was in middle school(2 years ago) the same thing happened to me, i felt it was stupid to unzip my jacket. so i didnt and they called the police and they searched me because they had reason to belive that i had a weapon or drugs on me all because i didnt unzip my jacket! they even said i could have been charged! its stupid, but next time it would probley be so much easyer if you would unzip the jacket |
