I am currently classified as an exempt worker. I am an engineer by title only. My actual job duties are 75% technical (hands-on, non design repair work), 10% engineering (design), and 15% administrative (tech writing, etc).

Do you think I am really a non-exempt worker? Is there a salary threshold to where I would automatically be considered a salaried worker? I went over my records and found that over the past two years, I have worked an average of 62.5 hours a week without extra compensation.

Thanks for your opinions.
