Have you worked on a prevailing wage job?

If so, were you paid properly? If not, did you ask the company about it?

If you did not work on a prevailing wage job, why do you suspect the company is doing something to avoid paying folks what they are supposed to be paid? Why aren't the affected employees complaining to the company?

Typically, companies that work on prevailing wage jobs are required to submit certified payrolls. These detail the names, ssn and address of each employee, how many hours they worked, their gross pay, fringe benefits paid, taxes and any other deductions taken out and net pay.
