I was just wondering if there is anything in nevada's labor laws that require your lunch to be in the middle or your work period or if it can be toward the end or begining.

The meal break requirement for Nevada is 30 minutes for an 8 hour shift. This excludes those covered by a collective bargaining agreement or employers who hold special permission from Nevada Labor Commissioner. It does not specify which part of the workshift that the meal break must be offered.

However, if your employer requires that the break be taken at a particular point, then that's when you take it. The fact that no law exists that require it to be at a particular time does not mean that the employee is guaranteed the right to take it whenever they choose.
