My girlfriend just found out she is pregnant. We are getting married on October 31 of this year. She has not been to the doctor to confirm the pregnancy she has a ob/gyn appointment in November. Do you think my insurance company will consider this as a pre existing condition, she has only missed one cycle. It is a group plan...any answers would help! Thanks.

If it is a group plan they are prohibited by Federal law from calling pregnancy a pre-existing condition.
