"That person" is the moderator. We are all playing in her sandbox and what she says goes.

Why don't you try to state, briefly and completely, what your problem is and we will try to help.

Speak in generalities and don't give anyone's name or business name. If you want to blast a specific company, start your OWN website.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.

The board belongs to CGB

Repost your basic request without the dramatics, and you will get plenty of help as to legal questions.

If CGB had a problem with what you posted, state it in another way. (without the names)

If you don't listen, you and your post will be gone!

It is called job security.

Get yourself some rubber boots.

If you cant handle washing cars, find another job. There are some out there that do not involve public contact.

Technically, the board does not belong to cbg. But cbg is the designated representative of the owners.

LEAVE THE PICTURES OFF THE POST. Leave the name of your employer and the names of specific individuals off the post.

We don't have to see the pictures to answer your question. The pictures make your post load too slowly (at least on my computer) and it is not in your best interest to include the names.

This is non-negotiable. If you want your question answered, this is the way you're going to have to post it.

I'm sorry to hear that. But firing you is not illegal.

As a personal aside, I rent, on average, two cars a week as I travel the country.

I have no doubt that I have left some of them dirty in my endeavors.

After all, what is the difference between a rental car and a four wheel drive? A rental car can go anywhere.

All kidding aside, I'm, um, sorry?

Well, the good news is that your feet will stay dry, you will have plenty of time to track down the grate for your vaccuum, and you won't have to be around people you hate. I'm sure they feel some sense of relief, too....so, all in all, it's a win/win.

Seriously, why would you think it would be a violation of any labor law to fire you for posting pictures or video (or WHATEVER) of your boss on Utube? I guess you misjudged on whether or not your boss would mind. And what does water from washing the cars and a vaccuum have to do with you getting fired? (Other than if you were refusing to do your job.)

Let's turn this situation around.

You are the boss. An employee posts something about you and your company on a web site in an, um, unattractive manner.

Would YOU fire them?

I'm locking this one down, folks. I've heard from this poster via PM, and I don't think we can be of any more assistance, at least on this thread.
