I have a neighbor and she constantly walks ino my yard, and feeds the dogs. She has also thrown water onto my car.
She sprays water from her hose over my fence, which is new and onto the side of my house. Sometime the window to my house is open and the water comes inot the house and gets all over our kitchen table and floors. My kids where eating breakfast one morning and they got sprayed with the water. I just put in new floors and had my walls redone. Also I am in the process of having new windows put in and the kitchen window isn't even sealed yet. I'm afraid she is going to cause seriuos damage to my home. She spray alot of water and I have asked her to stop. She continues to do it daily.
I have called the police and they just ask her to stop and it will for a day or 2 but then she start agian.
She also feeds all the stray cats, her property smells like someting is rotting over there. She calls us names, and flips me off, and I don't even let my kids go out side to play because I'm afraid she will throw someting over the fence and hit them with it. She is a renter we own our home.
Is there anyting I can do? I'm going nuts here....

Contact the owner of the rental. He needs to know what is going on. If there is rotting trash, you can also call the Health Department. I would say your problem will be moving on soon.
